Last updated 29 September 2026. This notice covers getwocal.com. The Wocal product, at app.getwocal.com, is covered by your organisation’s agreement with Wocal.

What we collect

When you send a request through our request form, we keep the email address, name, company and message you give us, when you sent it, and the internet address it came from. We use them only to reply to you and to talk with you about Wocal, and the address to stop abuse of the form.

When you visit a page, our web server records the request — the page, the time and your internet address — to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one thing in your browser’s own storage: your choice in the cookie banner, so it doesn’t ask again. You can change that choice at any time with Cookie preferences.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your details. We share them only with the companies that host our systems and deliver our email, and only so they can do that for us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we’ll handle it.
